Automations
Work that runs on time, without anyone remembering.
Schedule a prompt to run as you and file its answer as a chat, or approve an email now and have it sent, word for word, at the time you chose.

Ask once. It runs every Monday.
Write a prompt and pick when: once, every 15 minutes or more, daily, on weekdays, weekly or monthly, in your time zone. Each run happens as you and files its answer as a chat.

For a send, you approve the exact recipients, subject and body. At its time the workspace sends precisely that, with no model involved. An unattended prompt can never send.

Every run kept, as a chat you can open.
Runs start at or just after their time, and each is filed as a chat with its answer, so last month’s digest is still there when someone asks. Pause one whenever you like.

Every questionCan an automation send email by itself?
Only a scheduled send you approved, carried out word for word at its time. A scheduled prompt runs unattended and can never send.
Who can see or change my automations?
Only you. Automations belong to the person who created them; being an admin does not grant access to someone else’s.
Can I set one up from chat?
Yes. Ask Eve to run something every Monday at 08:00 or to send an email at 15:44, and it shows you the schedule and the exact message to approve.
