Findings
Every gap, with its severity, the rule and a fix.
A finding says what is wrong, which rule it breaks, where it sits and what to do next. Then a person fixes it in one click.

What’s wrong, which rule, and what to do next.
Inspector summarizes the problem, the rule it breaks, the sections it sits in and the next step. Severity runs from critical for a live breach down to low for hygiene.

Significant arrangements are notified when practical.
Material arrangements are notified to the Commission before they begin, by the MLRO or a named deputy.
Trigger defined, timing set, owner named.
Every decision kept, with a name and a reason.
Open, resolved or dismissed, grouped by document, severity, basis or assignee. Approvals carry a named sign-off, and a dismissal needs a written reason.

Every questionCan a finding be closed without evidence?
No. Resolving needs a newer document version, or the current one with a written note.
What if the policy changes afterwards?
A content change starts a re-assessment, which drops required changes the new text already makes.
Is there an audit trail?
Yes. Every attach, reopen, resolve and close is recorded in the document’s activity, with who did it.
