Workflows

Repeatable compliance work, drawn as a chart and run.

Lay the work out as linked steps, run it on a schedule and send the results where they are needed.

Draw the work. Don’t script it.

Lay out prompts, conditions, intake, approvals and outputs as linked steps on one chart, up to 100 of them.

Watch it run, step by step.

Each step lights up as it runs. A failed step says why, with Retry, and an approval waits in the approver’s Inbox.

Run it on a schedule. Send it where it’s needed.

Run by hand or on a schedule, share it for others to run or edit, and deliver the results to a chat, an Inbox notification, a space or an email.

Follow one through. A quarterly outsourcing review, drawn once and run every quarter.

One case from start to finish, as it lands in the record. Choose a step to hold it there.

  • Prompt, condition, intake, approval and output steps
  • Intake from SharePoint, Google Drive, Gmail or Outlook
  • Approvals in the approver’s Inbox
  • Up to 100 steps

Questions.

Every question
Can the person who started a run approve it?

No. Approvers are named members who did not start the run.

What happens when a step fails?

It turns red with its reason and a Retry button. The steps after it never start.

Who sees the workflows we build?

Only the creator, until they share it with everyone or chosen members, to run or also edit.
