Inspector
A second agent that reviews your library and never applies.
Every week Inspector reads your library against your regulators, raises what is wrong and drafts the fix. A person decides.

Every document read before anything is judged.
Inspector reads each document’s text and its owners, review cycle, jurisdictions, controls and framework, checks it against your regulators and cites the rule behind every point. It stays quiet about documents that are fine.

- Client On-boarding PolicyReview overdue since MarchMedium

It drafts the fix. It can’t apply it.
Each finding comes with a checked PDF of the exact changes. Inspector has no write tools, so applying stays with an accountable person.

4.2 Notifying the Commission
Material outsourcing is reported to the board.
The MLRO notifies the Commission before a material outsourcing arrangement begins, and records the notice in the register.
The register is reviewed every year.
Cites the GFSC Fiduciary Rules on outsourcing. Waiting for a person to apply it.
Weekly by default, or whenever you ask.
Mondays at 07:00 UTC, daily, on upload, or when you press Inspect library. Owners hear about their documents in Inbox, and anyone can mention @Inspector on a finding to ask why.

In the workspace. The real screen, not a drawing.
Inspector’s proposed fix to the Outsourcing Policy: three clause changes marked against the current wording, waiting for a person to apply them.

Three ways to do it. One that keeps the file.

Questions.
Every questionDoes Inspector change our documents itself?
No. It proposes but never applies, publishes, deletes or resolves. Applying is an accountable person’s decision.
How often does it run?
Weekly by default, on Mondays at 07:00 UTC; daily if an admin chooses; after each upload; and on demand.
Will it keep raising suggestions we rejected?
No. It never brings back something a person turned down, so the next run stays quiet.
